All Sales Are Final

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

• Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds.

 

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. Concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellations by Joy’s Kind Kitchen

If we must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either:

• Store credit toward a future order
